As you can tell from the pic of me to the right, wearing my TGS with Tracy Jordan t-shirt that I love so much, I finally made the move … actually, I made the move about a month ago, but hey. It was time to leave my aunt’s house in East New York. Don’t get me wrong, I loved staying there, I appreciated the fact that she and my uncle put me up for a few months. Buuuuut, I’m still a young man. With the needs, desires, and dreams of a young man. And, to put it mildly, the living arrangement was cramping a brother’s style.
So, thanks to the homie Sheila G (who’s been AWOL for the past few), I was able to score a nice little pad over in the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill nabe. Pics and stuff after the jump.
As everyone tends to remark, it looks like I live down the street from the Huxtables.
The place is still very rough, which is the reason I haven’t had any women over to sleep with yet. [karen]STOP STOP[/karen], I’m just joking. A little. But I’m still acquiring furniture and shit, to make the place look homey. Plus, I’m saving cheddar for other things, so really “beautifying” the pad isn’t priority number one just yet. I did score some Breakfast at Tiffany’s posters, though. And from Target — whoddathunkit?! Crazy insane, I know.
I’ll walk around the nabe and take more pics and post them for you all, my little sycophants. But for now, I will leave you with this one of the bus stop around the corner with the Sex & The City movie poster. Oh yes, that flick’s gonna own.
